This Special 4th of July Edition will begin as my book does, watching the Declaration of Independence read from the balcony of the Old State House — though we won’t tearing down any statues, of course.

Jen will be reading from SHE THE PEOPLE for the Friends of the Adams Street Library, a neighborhood group in Dorchester supporting their branch of the Boston Public Library.

Jen will be reading from SHE THE PEOPLE and answering questions at the annual meeting of the League of Women Voters of Martha’s Vineyard.

Hosted by Gilmore Tamny, this delightful afternoon event will feature her reading from her excellent poetry along with readings from Jen Deaderick and Grace Talusan.
